Scope of Work: The proposed framework of the toolkit is as follows: The toolkit must be able to: - Contribute to the achievement of the TR, SDG"s and AU Agenda 2063; - Promote gender equality and ensure LNOB; - Align with the clients climate value proposition; - Identify Climate Change case studies; - Align with the UN principles of Innovation; - Test viability of the idea through design thinking methodology; - Practical steps/stages of idea development and growth; - Identify and connect with idea development support systems including the Social Innovation toolkit and other relevant tools; - Community engagement and rallying support for innovation solution - demand generation; - Partnership building and strategic engagement of community actors; - Measure, report and communicate impact; - Contribution to Ecosystem building; - Develop sustainability models including commercialisation of social innovation; - Mainstream digital innovation and emerging technologies; - Develop a social enterprise that contributes to the achievement of the TR, SDGs and AU Agenda 2063.
