Quotations are hereby requested for the provision of consulting services for tax liability calculations for employees for a period of twelve (12) months for the client. Scope of works: The tax liability calculations must be done in the following manner: 1. Calculate the total earnings/taxable income of the employees in the sample using the data/payslips/payroll reports provided by the client for 2024/25 tax year, 2. Calculate the tax liability for the sample as per the table considering all earnings, employee claims and any other movements in the employee’s earnings during the February 2025 fiscal year, 3. Compare the total tax deduction for each employee for February 2025 fiscal year from the payroll report against the tax liability from point 2 above to ascertain if there are any differences/inconsistencies, 4. Produce a draft report for the client management on any possible anomalies between the actual tax deducted from the sample of employees against the recalculated tax liability and advise on the way forward to correct any anomalies. The report to include the reasons for any identified anomalies, 5. Propose the most tax efficient way/approach for the client"s employees considering the total cost to company remuneration structuring and any additional fringe benefits, 6.
