The service provider will provide a service desk plus by Manage Engine solution that will ensure the following: • All emails from the Finance mailbox are pulled through and automatically logged on the service desk. • All these can be assigned to the relevant budget owners and Budget owners will be able to process invoicing and have them approved using the exiting digital signature. • Budget owners will assign the request back to Finance when completed. • The system will track where each invoice is assigned to and what the status, therefore. • The system will generate reports on the status of invoices. • The quotes will be containing ten licences/technicians and the configuration of the system.
