Quotations are hereby invited from registered service providers for the complete refurbishment of cherry picker trailer. Scope of works: Work to be done: 1. Complete new linings and wheel drums with handbrake rod, 2. Complete original respray trailer frame,booms and cage, 3. Supply and fit new heavy duty jockey wheel on trailer, 4. Supply and fit new rear LED lights and indicator lights on side of cherry picker with new male plug and wire, 5. Supply and fit one new amber light, 6. Fit new yellow tape and all reflectors on trailer according to traffic specifications, 7. Supply fit new chevron board, 8. Repair all pins and bushes on boom, 9. Remove all grease nipples and fit new grease nipples on all bushes and joints, 10. Strip and repair all four jacks, 11. Supply and fit complete new axle with new u-bolts, 12. Service all gears on rotating unit (cylinders), 13. Supply and fit 4 new batteries and return four old ones to municipality, 14. Service and repair complete hydraulic control with cylinders, 15. Supply and fit 2 new tyres and one new spare rim with tyre, 16. Fit new bracket for rear light, chevron and reflectors, 17. Remove all stickers and fit new stickers on trailer.
