Quotations are hereby invited for the Fire equipment once-off service and maintenance. Scope of work: 1a) Eight (8) fire extinguishers: • Working pressure – 5000 KPA, • Charge – 2kg, • Filling ratio – 0.667, • Full mass – 9.35kg. 2a) One (1) fire hose: • Water pressure – 1200kg, • Hose length – 30m, • Bore – 19mm, • Nozzle – 6mm. b) If the fire extinguishers are found non-functional, re-filling should be done, checking the gauge position including safety pins or clips, and checking the condition of the powder, c) All the fire extinguishers must be sealed and have clear instructions label on the front side, indicating how one is supposed to use the equipment in case of fire. Old torn labels must be replaced, d) Hose reels/pipes service, e) Once finalized, the appointed service provider is expected to submit a close-out report and the certificate of compliance.
