Extension of closing date: Proposals are hereby invited to design, install, test and commission a fume extraction system at the Koedoespoort coaches plating shop for a period of six (6) months. Scope of work: - Design, supply and install new ventilation/extraction system for Plating workshop; - Removing of old fans on eastern side and cover holes; - Isolating of the old fans; - Repair ducting system on western side inside plating workshop; - Installation of power for extraction system; - Supply of all the necessary documentation regarding extraction system and power supply; - Testing and commissioning of the newly installed extraction system. Ventilation/Extraction system: The ventilation/extraction system shall be designed to extract the fumes and supply fresh air from Plating workshop to create a better and more user-friendly work environment for the people working in this area.
