Scope: • The supply of fuel at a competitive price, • To maintain its fleet mobile 24/7/ 365 via a comprehensive network of on-road sites, • A fueling solution for a variety of vehicles and mobile plant, • Fuel needs to be both grades of petrol (ULP 95 and LRP) and grades of diesel (50 ppm), • ISO 4406 - The Fuel cleanliness standard, • Minimum cetane requirement of Diesel to SABS specification 45, • Compliance with OHS Act 85 of 1993, • Bidders must own a fuel Filling Station to supply diesel and petrol, • The Municipality does not want to receive bulk supply fuel as it does not have the infrastructure.
