Re-advertisement: Extension of Closing Date: Quotations are hereby invited for the supply and maintenance of health and hygiene services for a period of four (4) months. Scope of works: • Bi-weekly and ad hoc inspections of general services provided bidder to ensure that a management representative conducts these inspections and improves service through findings; • Supply of toilet paper dispensers; • Supply of sanitary bin Sani pad, sanitary packets fifty (50) packs manual and weekly maintenance of sanitary bins including collection of waste and disposal; • Supply and servicing of auto air sanitizing units in ablutions; • Monthly deep cleaning of toilet pans and urinals including bottle trap flushing and replacement where required; • Supply and servicing of urinal sanitizing units; • Supply & installation of anti-bacterial foam hand soap in all toilets (buildings & park homes) all units to be refilled, regardless of manufacturer and sachet type; • Environmentally friendly air-freshener dispensers in all toilets and lobbies; • SABS hand sanitizers for specific areas (next to hand basins and in strategic high points to aid in preventing the of any other diseases; • The successful bidder is to timeously service all dispensers and that all dysfunctional dispensers are serviced / repaired / replaced within a maximum of two (2) working days; • Supply of 500 sheet SABS approved reflex hand paper towels for all toilets; • Supply of anti-bacterial soap for all areas; • Supply of auto janitor dispenser (dual action urinal cleaner and deodorizer) for all urinals.
