Scope of services: The key objectives of the services are as follows: i. Provide an emergency response to hydrocarbon spill incidents, to contain and recover the spilled product and minimize the negative impacts of an incident to human health, public, safety, property, and the environment, ii. Manage and contain the costs of reducing the risk to human health and the environment; and iii. Bring the site to a point of stability, iv.
