Scope: The minimum work required under the project must include the following: • Market Analysis; • Determination of the impact of public procurement; • Cost structure and competitiveness; • Recommendations. The deliverables from the Service Provider will include but not be limited to the following: • Work plan; • An inception report which will be presented to the Steering Committee (SC) made up of the DTIC team and identified stakeholders; • Monthly, and quarterly progress reports; • Interim report; • Comprehensive final report with concrete recommendations; • Draft final report following inputs from the Steering Committee; • A workshop to present results to the Steering Committee; • Final report: recommendations, action to undertake, and expected outcomes, impacts, and sustainability.
