Scope of Work: - Digging to expose the faulty cable, the cable can be more than 3m deep in the area full water or sandy soil or hard soil; - Expose and terminate cables on either RMU, Minisub or 11kV board; - The cable can be situated in the area full of live cables and network cables and only shovels must be use to prevent damaging other cables; - CoU’s representatives to cut, prove the cable and issue a permit; - Insert a new cable piece as and when required; - Pressure testing the whole cable before and after making the joints; - Refilling after work is completed and CoU’s representative to checked the quality of work, is satisfied with insulation tests, pressure testing and has received all test results; - Insuring the tidiness of the area after completion; - Guarantee cable joint of termination for a minimum period of 6 months.
