Install new wooden window frames, doors, door frames and windows. All wooden window and door frames and doors must be made from meranti wood, 3. All window and door frames including doors must be lightly sanded and two coats of teak wood oil must be applied, 4. The contractor must repair all damage to the cement/bricks caused during the removal of the window frames/doors and must ensure that the new cement/plaster is painted with two coats of paint (similar in colour to the existing paint on the walls).
