Quotations are hereby invited for the repairs to be done on the electrical motor and sump pumps. Scope: - Collect electrical motor and sump pumps from site. Remove drive end and non drive end bearings from motor replace DE: NU 319 - E, NDE: 6319 - C3; - Remove stator coils wind new coil and install in motor; - Test rotor for high current and check for hot spots as well as impedance leakage; - Check shaft for straightness; - Check rotor for balancing; - Test run motor and check for phase balancing and current; - Supply test results of motor; - Strip sump pumps rewind, replace bearings, replace mechanical seals, also replace supply cables, refill with oil, 7X 380/400 volt sump pumps, 3 x 230 volt sump pumps also replace float switches and test run sump pumps.
