Specifications: Remove damaged suspended ceilings in the foyer of the 4th floor in the clients Head Office and to replace it with specified new suspended ceilings: - Light weight scaffolding on lockable wheels to access the ceiling will be required and sized to be transported to the fourth floor in the lift or up the stairs, - The ceiling is slightly curved and split by a sky-light, - The height to ceiling at the walls is 4.42 meters. It curves slightly up to a height of 5.72 meters at the skylight, - The ceiling is in two sections approximately 4.70 meters x 7.16 meters, - The lattice work rests on circular steel structural members running from the outer walls to the sky-light, - There are built in cupboards along the one wall 4.71 meters long by 0.60 meters wide by 1.06 meters high, - A lift well is situated on the one side, - Two openings with stainless steel balustrades exist on either side of the lobby – one for stairs and the other open down to ground floor.
