Scope of work: The scope of services is a comprehensive Employee Wellness Programme for approximately 60 employees, consisting of the following core elements: - Employee Wellness Programme Services: This includes counselling services and trauma debriefing for employees and their family members living in the same household. - Mental Health Programme: Aimed at raising awareness among employees about mental health issues and equipping managers with the necessary knowledge and tools to address these issues in the workplace. - HIV/AIDS Management Programme: This encompasses prevention interventions, treatment, care, and support. - Health and Productivity Management: This includes chronic disease management, injury on duty, incapacity, health promotion, awareness, and education. - Cancer Management Programme: This focuses on awareness, prevention interventions, treatment, care, and support. - Wellness Management: Includes work-life balance interventions such as stress management, retirement planning, and financial fitness, among others. - Infectious Disease Outbreaks and Pandemics Management: To establish and maintain a holistic approach to support clients management and employees. - Training of Managers: On Employee Wellness Programme (EWP) case referral and management. - Communication Plan Development and Implementation: To promote the EWP services and enhance the health and wellbeing of staff and their families. - Programme Launch: An official launch for all the clients employees, including a launch programme and tokens of recognition (e.g., t-shirts, caps) to be distributed on the day.
