The Maphumulo Local Municipality invites quotations from qualified and experienced service providers to do hygiene services on Municipal toilets, supply, maintain and service sanitary bins allocated on all female toilets for a period of 12 months. Specifications: • It must be free standing for easy fit into any toilet"s cubicle; • It must be 20 litres capacity which will not malfunction quickly; • It must be hard plastic construction that is safe, hygienic and unobstructive; • It must have opening sensor/closing lid which requires no power, no touch and eliminates contamination; • It must be chemically charged with non-toxic, anti-microbial agent that is effective against herpes simplex type ii Mycobacterium, Tuberculosis and other harmful organisms and mal-odour; • There must be a replacement of sanitary bin liner, cleaning and disinfection of the bin at each service date; • Service frequency should be festnight service cycle which can be translated as once a week, and the day of service must be fixed day of the week which can only be changed by making an arrangement in advance.
