An invitation is hereby issued to suitably qualified and experienced service providers to quote for the following: Appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to provide specialist project management consulting services, at MUT-Wide on a contract period of 6 months. IT&N requires the services of a project management consulting company to provide project management consultant services to assist in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple transformation projects. The consultant (s) will work closely with the IT&N Department’s management team and other stakeholders to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, and within budget, with the expected quality and benefits. Deliverables: The expected deliverables of the project are: • A project charter that defines the project scope, objectives, assumptions, constraints, and stakeholders, • A project plan/schedule that outlines the project activities, tasks, milestones, dependencies, resources, and roles and responsibilities, project timeline, deadlines, and critical path, • A project budget that estimates the project costs, revenues, and contingencies, • A risk register that identifies and analysis the project risks, and their probability, impact, and response strategies, • A communication plan that specifies the project communication channels, methods, frequency, and audience, • A project status report that summarizes the project performance, issues, and risks, and their resolution actions, • A project closure report that documents the project completion, deliverables, outcomes, and lessons learned, • A project evaluation report that assesses the project benefits, satisfaction, and feedback.
