Re-advertisement: Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Supply, deliver, install and commissioning of 3810 kva, 22kv load changer voltage regulator (inland). Specifications: Supply, deliver, install and commission 3810 kVA, 22kV on load tap changer voltage regulator (Inland). Remove existing regulator and transport it to Electricity Department: - KVA: 3810; - Voltage: 22kV; - Vector Group: Auto Star; - Phases: 3; - Frequency: 50Hz; - Rated current: 300A; - Nominal Step Voltage: 158.8V; - Effective Value Transition Resistance insulation level: 2.42 Ohms; - Power Frequency: 70kV; - Impulse: 200kVp; - Altitude Maximum: 1800; - Tap Changer. Installation shall include not limited to the following: • Automatic tap changer control unit and software as well as monitoring system be given to BCRM, and training be provided; • Manual tap changing shall be available as an option, train the staff in using the manual option; • Protection shall be made to the ancillary equipment against broken 22kV jumpers that damaged the current regulator; • All the 22kV lightning arrestors shall be provided by the supplier and installed; • All earthing material and equipment shall be provided by the supplier and installed • Pressure testing shall be done on site and comprehensive report be provided to BCRM; • Insulation resistance test shall be conducted on site and a report be provided to BCRM; • Manufacturing report of the regulator and tests conducted by the manufacture shall be provided to BCRM; • The reports shall be in a soft copy as well as a hard copy; • A warranty of not less than one year on the equipment and software shall be provided; • The Regulator shall fit the current plinth if not a provision shall be made for that; • Any work conducted prior installation should not disturb the provision of electricity to the customers downstream. Customers shall only be affected by the outage scheduled during installation; • The supplier shall test and commission the regulator to the satisfactory of BCRM and customers downstream; • The supplier shall monitor the performance of the regulator on site after installation to a maximum of three (3) days; • The voltage regulator shall be covered with a 2-year guarantee as well as the control system side; • Delivery and installation must be done 60 days after receipt of a purchase order.
