Bids are hereby invited for the following: Provision for company secretariat services. The purpose of the RFQ is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to prepare meeting minutes, providing sufficient context on key discussion points and accurate records of the decisions made (including resolutions passed and actions decided on) at meetings with sufficient context on key discussion points. The scope of work will include but is not limited to: • Attend meetings, draft and review minutes and prepare action item lists of Committees, submit for approval and circulation as per the approved Committee Terms of Reference and defined standards; • Ensure that all recommendations are circulated within agreed timeframes; • Maintain a high level of knowledge on legislation applicable to the industry within the groups sectors.
