Tenders are hereby invited for the appointment of maximum of two (2) service providers for the provision of pest control management services as and when required for the period of 36 months. Scope of work: - The successful Service Providers shall furnish all supervision, labour, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the monitoring, trapping, pesticide application, pest removal and disposal; - The successful Service Providers shall also provide detailed, site-specific recommendations for structural and procedural modifications to aid in pest prevention; - The service providers shall use of environmentally friendly methods to control pests in all municipal offices (This will enable work to be done during normal working hours); - The service providers shall minimize the negative impact that may be caused by the pest control services on the environment; - The service providers are required to use the relevant method of pest control in each environment. For example; gel application, spray and etc; - The service providers shall be required on a monthly basis to put measures to control Indoor and outdoor populations of rodents by setting up rodent station as identified by the municipality; - The service providers shall affix water resistant service note on temper-proof bait station that must be updated (as and when required) on service intervals.
