Re-advertisement: Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of approved service providers to supply and install ten (10) homestead lightning conductors. Specifications: 1. Installation of ten (10) lightning conductors; 2. Must protect traditional rural homestead with a combination of structures (thatched huts, corrugated iron and concrete roof tiles); 3. Must cover at least a radius +/- 20m; 4. Height to protect +/- 7 houses; 5. One (1) meter of the galvanized pipe shall be underground (depth); 6. Pipes should be galvanized steel; 7. The copper wire and lightning spikes should be copper plated not imitations; 8. The whole mast must be maintenance free; 9. Pipes must be stamped firm and straight utilizing correct tools; 10. Pipes must also be concreted to the ground utilizing concrete; 11. Corrosion resistant paint should be used to the portion of the pipe underground; 12.
