Re-advertisement of contract number: FIN-INF-02/2024: Legal Aid South Africa invites tenders for preventative maintenance and support of water pump system. Scope of work: The successful service providers shall be required to provide the Legal Aid SA with the following services over a period of three (3) years from Appointment: • Emergency incident: to respond within 2 hours from notification seven (7) days a week; • All other Incident: to respond within 4 hours from notification; • Major Service once in a quarter for two (2) motors with pumps and one (1) submersible pump; • Cleaning of 110mm x 30m storm water pipes one in a quarter; • Annual cleaning and treatment/disinfecting of water tanks by use of high-pressure hopes pipe and Chlorination as per applicable industry standard; • Apply suitable remedial interventions by using environmentally friendly mechanical and biological materials; • Competently provide a safe and timely reactive solution in line with industry best practice; • Maintain a comprehensive water pump site management file in accordance with the OHSA; • Support, Repair and Replacement services to Legal Aid SA by fixing or replacing all faulty/damaged water pump system-related equipment.
