Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Gardening service January - June. Scope of works: • Removal of invasive alien plant species as per requirements of Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act, 1983 (Act No. 43 of 1983); • Removal of weeds in and around the boundary of the Terminals manually (by hand) and application for using herbicides should be submitted for approval; • Mow lawns and trim lawn edges - monthly; • Maintain landscaping of the Terminals and maintain plants and trees; • Plant indigenous plants and maintain flower beds; • General upkeep of gardens and premises, including collection of the following daily, in and around the boundary of the terminals: - Windblown Waste; - General Litter; - Gardening waste; • Emptying of all waste bins and transportation thereof to waste skips for disposal - daily; • All gardening refuse to be collected and removed from the premises at service providers cost – when waste skips are full; • Clean and remove dirt from storm water drains; • Segregate recyclable waste for collection; • Sweep pavements and walkways - daily; • Monthly reports for work conducted; • Fertilizer Provision: Application of LAN 28% N - 50kg Fertilizer on all Palm Trees every 2 weeks.
