Scope: The travel management services required by the NHC include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Air Travel – Domestic; 2. Air Travel – Regional and International; 3. Car rental – Domestic; 4. Car rental – Regional and International; 5. Shuttle services – Domestic; 6. Shuttle services – International; 7. Accommodation – Domestic; 8. Accommodation – Regional and International; 9. Transfers – Domestic; 10. Transfers – Regional and International; 11. Coach (Bus, trains/railways) bookings; 12. Conference / Events (Catering requirements might be included in the conference booking); 13. After hours without further charge; 14. Parking; 15. Insurance; 16. Services must be available in all provinces. When a service is required in a specific province, the service provider will ensure that the nearest suitable service provider in that province, be utilized, where possible; 17. It is essential that the most cost-effective economic booking be made to address the needs of the NHC; 18. Forex; and 19.
