Scope: • Supply and erect scaffolding for the duration of the project; • Carefully take out and remove damaged existing corrugated IBR roofing sheet, ceiling and damaged gutters item to include disposal of the removed material and disposing it in a designated area; • Cut into and replace damaged sections of 38 x 38mm, 50 x 228 and 38 x 114mm sawn timber branding/purlins including firmly securing to existing truss with fasteners/hurricane clips/bolts; • New installation of interlocking Chromadeck box rib as per the manufacturer"s specification; • Installation of insulation; • Installation of ceiling; • Provisional Sums for Electricity installations and other related accessories.
