Scope: The aim is to provide reliable and quality sound reinforcement and audio visual facilities for council, staff and public who use these facilities. The specification provides for the supply and installation of Audio Visual, S. Systems and associated equipment to meet all the requirements for the City. The tender is structured to firstly provide very basic visual components in meeting rooms. Comprehensive audio visual systems for venues such as the council chamber, where voting queuing access control and integration of audio, visual and CCTV, may be required at the discretion of the CCT.
