Quotations are hereby invited for the following: appointment of a service provider to project manage the fraudulent leases and fake letters of intent awareness campaign at various shopping centres across the City of Johannesburg for a period of 1 month on behalf of the Joburg Property Company. The Marketing Department seeks to procure the services of a project manager to coordinate and manage the awareness and mall activations to intensify awareness of the fraudulent leases and fake letters of intent that are currently circulating and to encourage the residents to come forward and report. The mall activations are an ideal platform to engage with residents directly at their leisure to share JPC"s programmes and showcase achieved service delivery. They are targeted and assist in reducing the information inequality gap. The activations will be in selected malls across City regions mainly in township areas. The scope of the work will entail the following: • Project management of the awareness activations at eight (9) selected venues which entails transportation of branding material, pamphlets, and promotional items • Secure the services of an Industrial play: - 9 shows; - 20 minutes each and ensure that they are available on all days; - Must have a proven track record of previous experience; • Set up a PA system to address the crowd and for music; • Collect and set up JPC branding at the selected location.
