Scope of Work: • Conduct thorough audit of the Potato Facility to determine needs for further assistance and provide recommendations. • Develop a food safety management documentation system which will include all the required policies, procedures, work instructions and forms required in the acquisition of food safety accreditation. • Provide a basic Food Safety Practices training to personnel operating the facility. • Assist in the acquisition of food safety accreditation (R638) for the potato processing facility. • Provide a close-out and Food Safety Certificate for the facility. • Number of people to be trained is 10. • Project period is three (3) months.
