The objective of this assignment is to register subdivided erven of Seshego B Erf 8188 on deeds registry and to transfer the said erven to the approved beneficiaries of the low cost houses. The scope of work for the assignment consists of the following: • Obtain Power of Attorney from Polokwane Municipality; • Obtain a registration copy of the Surveyor General’s (SG) diagrams; • Application for subdivision & registration of an SG diagrams in terms of Section 31T of Deeds Registry’s Act; • Ensure that each subdivided erven has its own approved Deed of Grant; • Obtain an approved beneficiaries list and status report; • Verification of the beneficiary list; • To conduct a physical verification & tracing of beneficiaries; • Collection of FiCA documents; • Compilation of registration/transfer documents; • Transfer document to be signed by the beneficiaries and the Municipality & CoGHSTA; • Obtain clearance certificate from Municipality; • Lodge transfer documents with Deeds office; • Submit a conveyancer certificate confirming registration with deeds while waiting for the delivery note or original title deeds; • Obtain approved Title Deeds and submit them to HDA.
