Scope: • A secure toll free customized and dedicated hotline number; • A secure and well-equipped 24-hour Call centre run with well trained staff; • Calls must be received in all 11 official languages. Other reporting channels should be provided: - Emails; - Facsimile; - Post; - Website; • Analysis of information received; • Monthly reports and emergency reports to be forwarded to the district; • Staff training for Municipal employees; • Dedicated official from the service provider responsible for reporting to the district.
