Quotations are hereby invited for the following: appointment of service provider to supply purified water and lease of water equipment to the agency for a period of three (3) years. Scope: 1. Service provider must supply purified water; 2. Monthly rental of water equipment includes the under mentioned items: • 6 x Water coolers and; • 6 x Water bottle racks; • 6 x Water cups dispensers; 3. Monthly consumable includes the following items: • Supply of polystyrene cups (1000 per box) or paper cups (1000 per box) 175 ml per month or as the need arises; • 40 x 20lt bottles per month or as the need arises; 4. Quarterly services: • Quarterly service off all machines; 5.
