Removal of High mast pole from concrete base with the use of a crane and rigging team lay the pole down on a frame stand supplied by ourselves. Degrease and high pressure clean pole chip and sand all loose and peeling paint from pole sand blast head and light ring and galvanize clean pole with sigma GP liquid cleaner and then prime pole with sigma cover 280 yellow/green primer one coat then paint pole with sigma dur 550, 10 meters golden yellow and the rest of the pole French grey as well as the light bracket and cover two coats of paint. 2. Remove steel wire ropes from pole and inspect pullies grease and replace steel wire ropes with stainless steel ropes to have test certificate test and check all light fittings replace globes, ballast, chokes or replace complete fittings if damaged badly. Replace cables from junction box to fittings. Replace main power cable from D/B in pole to light ring junction box complete with 32 5 pin male plug. Remove all nuts and bolts and replace with new stainless steel bolts and nuts. 3. Pole to be inspected. Pole to be lifted and put back on concrete base bolted down includes any damage to pullies, pins rollers that are corroded or worn or light ring that is badly rusted. (ЮАР - Тендер #46114703)
