Scope of work: - Supply and replenish stationery; - Supply and replenish office amenities; - Once off supply of staff cleaning uniform and protective wear; - Supply and replenish cleaning products including toilet paper; - Once off on-site training for 2 people (house-keeping, communication and hygiene -non-accredited training) for no more than 5 days; - Supply of office machinery (photocopier, scanner, projector, and projector screen); - Venue and logistics arrangement for special meetings or workshops (only when requested); - Maintenance or servicing of office machinery; - Supply and replenish cartridges; - Printing services; - Supply of Wi-Fi router (once off) and servicing; - Pricing shall include contingencies.
