Special Conditions: Multiple awards of bids will be limited (unless by exception due to circumstances) in order to spread the work amongst many successful bidders and to minimize the risk to the Department. Multiple awards shall be limited to the ceiling value of the applicable CIBD grading of the recommended bidder unless previous contracts awarded has been more than 60% completed in terms of the actual scope of the contract and time expended are within the allocated timelines of the contract period of the contract with specific reference to the activity based construction program and concise demonstration has been given that the bidder has the capability and resources to complete the project successfully. Printed Volume 1 & 2 to be submitted.
