Tenders are hereby invited for Media Training Course Development: Development of training for media on whistleblower protection and support. The TIP, in partnership with the South African National Editors’ Forum, seeks to appoint a suitably qualified service provider to develop a training package for journalists on how to interact safely and responsibly with whistleblowers in the course of reporting. The training will also cover how to report on whistleblower stories responsibly. The training package should include training for trainers as well as course content to be delivered by trainers to journalists who interact with whistleblowers. The service provider will develop additional resources for participants and host training sessions with selected TIP partner organizations.
