Proposals are hereby invited for the following: appointment of a service provider to supply, install, configure and provide after sales and technical support of an electronic board portal software (15 license"s) for the National Lotteries Commission for a period of three (3) years. Scope: The service provider should have competencies over the following expectations and requirements by the NLC: • Supply of the electronic Board Portal Software; • Installation of the system; • Configuration of the system to the preference of the NLC; • After sales/technical support; • Frequent maintenance of the system; • Version and security updates; • Alignment of system with NLC’s security protocols; • Provision of fifteen (15) software licences and; • User Training as and when required; • Backup, restoration and related cybersecurity protocols.
