Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a panel of qualified and experienced service providers to provide Translation Services to a range of publications for NRF-SAIAB. The scope of work includes the translation of various publications, including but not limited to: 1. Translation of Executive Summaries of reports for funded projects (approx. 15 pages) translated into isiXhosa, isiZulu and Afrikaans, or any other official South African language on an as-needed basis. 2. Translation services for printed and online media, and news articles. 3. Translation services for student abstracts and acknowledgments as part of their theses. 4. Translation services for formal reports, books, brochures, pamphlets, journal articles and other publications. 5. Translation services for promotional or display materials such as banners, advertisements, posters, website content, technical documents and marketing collateral mostly of a scientific nature to NRF-SAIAB as requested. 6. Given the nature of the scientific work, there will need to be ongoing consultation between the designer and NRFSAIAB to understand project requirements and deliver Translation Services that meet the objectives to ensure accuracy.
