Special Conditions: Tenderers must be registered with the CIDB in the class of construction works, appropriate to the type of works required and which they offer to perform, targeting various types of work under GB, CE, EP, SB, SG, SI, SN, SO or SQ, as applicable. The maximum value of the works awarded to a specific contractor will be determined by their grading designation in accordance with regulation 25(7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, 2004. It is estimated that the work assignments will typically fall between the grade one (1) and five (5) levels
