Tenders are hereby invited for the appointment of panel to provide executive coaching services to SANSA. Scope: The Executive Coaching Services required will assist SANSA leadership and managers to effectively transition and adjust into the new way of working. The objectives of the envisaged coaching are the following, but is not limited to: • Assist Managers to shift from operational to strategic leadership; • Enhance their emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-management, and empathy); • Assist managers to build cohesiveness in their respective teams; • Maximizing the individual performance of SANSA leaders in personal and professional terms; • Strengthening leadership competencies and execution skills; • Identifying skill gaps and minimizing/eliminating them; • Giving leaders the practical tools to achieve organizational objectives and personal goals; • Improve the quality of executive leadership and unit managers; • Improve the performance of SANSA by ensuring the focus on optimizing processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and helping leaders reassess the position of SANSA from a fresh perspective; • Develop a coaching plan/program for SANSA; • Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the coaching plan/program. Please note that SANSA has three (3) sites located nationally as follows: Pretoria, Gauteng; Hartebeesthoek, near Krugersdorp, North West) and Hermanus, Western Cape. There are Executives and Managers located at each of these sites. It is a compulsory requirement of this bid that service providers must be able to provide services at all three locations whenever required.
