Proposals are hereby invited for the following: Maintenance and support of Symantec Veritas Netbackup software and Quantum Library for a period of 3 years. Bidders are required to provide Veritas Netbackup Licences and Quantum (Scalar i500) drives maintenance and support for the period of 36 months: - The service provider should have certified technicians/engineers who will provide maintenance and support; - A clear callout procedure that includes an escalation procedure is required; - The service required is 24 x 7 x 365 days with a 4-hour turnaround time in case of system failure; - Platinum Premium service support is required for current infrastructure for support and maintenance 24 x 7 x 365 days and all associated licence fees. The vendor irrespective will also support any new licences that are purchased. Any items bought in the interim or unspecified in the schedule from Veritas and Quantum can be added to the final solution or post the final solution; - Quantum Hardware support: 24 x 7 x 365 days On-Site Support; - Veritas Software support and licensing: 24 x 7 x 365 days On-site Support; - A single service provider must support solution.
