Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Repair CRA002 forklift as per SOW (once off). Scope of work: 1. Change all lights to LED - working lights, indicators, emergency lights/strobe light; 2. Check and Repair hooter and reverse buzzer, if reverse buzzer not fitted you must fit one and make sure both are fully functional; 3. Replace wiper arm, wiper blade and wiper motor and make sure it fully functional. All parts must be under OEM specification; 4. Clean lifting chain, inspect for wear and re-grease; 5. Inspect all bearings, clean, inspect and re-grease them; 6. Replace if any is damaged; 7. Load forks to be inspected and must be painted black; 8. Fit new door handle (missing) and new door lock mechanism (in open position) both sides; 9. Operator’s seat to be reconditioned; 10. Air conditioner to be repaired and re gassed, ensure that it is fully functional when you switch cool air or heater; 11. Fit new ignition, starter motor and alternator as per OEM; 12. Replace all hydraulic pipes and fittings; 13. Clean the cabin interior top and bottom (Auto valet); 14. Brake pedal non-slip pads to be fitted (As per OEM) and inner floor mat to be replaced with new one (As per OEM); 15. Panel-beat, remove rust, prime and paint the whole machine with color red, NB: Avoid over spraying; 16. All safety decals, hazards, and danger tape to be installed in the appropriate location; 17. TPT logos and fleet number (CRA 02) to be fitted in the appropriate place; 18. All data plates, tags to be placed in the correct area; 19. Carriage and mast to be painted with industrial grey (make sure all safety logos decals are fitted in the appropriate position; 20. Rims to be painted silver grey; 21.
