To supply and replace the broken vertical blinds, size: 1.20m x 1.6m drops to match the existing vertical blinds to the office of the Director x 6; Repair and service server room: 4. To provide major service to 1 x 12000BTU and 1 x 24000BTU midwall splits and clean the water outlet pipe, check and close/seals the multi leaks to copper pipes and to valves, re-regulate and tope up with the correct aircon gas x 2; 5. To supply and replace the faulty 12000BTU/hr cold mode midwall splits unit set, with the additional copper pipe and communication wire to reach the height where the condenser will be situated x 2; 6. To extend the 1 full length of 20mm PVC conduit outlet pipe to reach the bottom level of the wall x 1; 7. To supply and replace faulty PC board, compressor tank to the 48000BTU under cassette aircon unit at the server room and also perform the major service, clean the alarms x 1; The newly fitted aircon unit to have 12 months standard warranty and all the other aircons serviced must be inserted stickers with the following information serviced date, next due date of service, technicians name and the company details who performed the service with the full reports of the discovered snags.
