Specifications: - Inspect and clean sewer pit of debris; - Check Float switches are operational; - Check rotor blades are free of debris; - Check Pump is discharging; - Check borehole is functional every morning; - Check tanks are filled - Engen, KFC, Boxer and main tanks; - Check and rectify entry of objects that cause blockages in water line supply; - Unblock water lines when required; - Inspect tenants grease traps are functional; - Check manholes are place; - Ensure sewer lines are clean at all times; - Check for any water leaks around the shopping centre; - Ensure the ablutions water supply is available at all times; - Clean the pump station and ensure it clean at all times internal and external; - Check booster pumps condition, seal leak, etc; - Grass cutting around tanks/pumps and sewer lines areas; - Check Jojo tank condition and clean it every six monthly; - Check and ensure there is no abnormalities; - Check for abnormal noise; - Ensure motor cooling system are free from any blockage; - Supply and install submersible borehole pump 1.5-3KW; - Send water sample to approved test laboratory for chemical analysis; - Supply and install 1.5-3KW pressure pump foot mount; - Unblock water Line; - Drainage of soak away with truck; - Sewer Manhole fumigation.
