The Solomon Islands Government is currently implementing the Second Solomon Islands Roads and Aviation Project (SIRAP2) supported by The World Bank to address road and aviation needs in the Solomon Islands.
The consulting services (“the Services”) required two (2) National Environmental and Social Officer (NESO) to provide monitoring and oversight of SIRAP2 activities in compliance with the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework.
The assignment is full-time based in Honiara at the Project Support Team office. Frequent and regular travel to assigned project sites is required.

The SIRAP2 now invite eligible individuals (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services (attach curriculum vitae with description of experience in similar assignments, similar conditions, etc.).

The attention of interested Consultants (including firms) is drawn to paragraph 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers September 2023 (“the Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
