The consulting service (the Service) include Development of Dratf Instruction for Land Laws, Regulations, and Amendments, The estimated level of effort (professional staff - months) for this assignment is Nine (9) months. Implementation is expected to commence on the 16th of October, 2023 and ends on the 31st July, 2024.
