TENDER NOTICE

Title of the tender: CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF ECD CENTRES

• Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC) (hereinafter called ‘Beneficiary”) has received funds from World Bank towards the costs of Construction works of ECDs Centers.
• The RWANDA BIOMEDICAL CENTRE (RBC) invites you to submit your bid through the e-procurement system for Construction works of ECD centers as indicated in the following Lots:

Lot1: Construction of ECD centers in Nyamagabe, Nyaruguru, Ruhango Districts

Lot2: Construction of ECD centers in Nyabihu, Rubavu, Ngororero Districts

Lot3: Construction of ECD centers in Karongi, Rutsiro, Rusizi Districts

Lot4: Construction of ECD centers in Kayonza, Gakenke, Bugesera Districts

• Bidders may obtain further information from e-procurement system website by logging on www.umucyo.gov.rw.

• The tender document is obtained from E-Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw).
• The bids will be submitted through E-Procurement System not later than the date and time specified in the e-procurement system. The Bid will be opened automatically as per the e-procurement system.
• The tender document may be obtained from E-Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw). Bids will be submitted in the e-procurement system, upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten Thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf) to Rwanda Revenue Authority.
• Enquiries regarding this tender may be submitted using the e-procurement system.
• Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N°031/2022 of 21/11/2022 governing Public Procurement.
• Compulsory site visit is scheduled from 8th to 11th July 2025. For more details, check the site visit plan. Latecomers will not be allowed to visit.
