The Government of Rwanda has received funds from Agence Française de Développement ("AFD") toward the cost of the Rehabilitation of Ruhengeri Referral Hospital and it intends to apply part of the funds to the payments under the contract for construction works for Rehabilitation of Ruhengeri Referral Hospital as one contract.
The Procuring Entity intends to prequalify firms for Rehabilitation of Ruhengeri Referral Hospital. It is expected that invitations for bid will be made in October, 2025.

Interested eligible Applicants may obtain further information from e-procurement system website by logging on www.umucyo.gov.rw or http://afd.dgmarket.com.
The prequalification document is in English.
Applications for prequalification should be submitted through E-Procurement System website by logging on www.umucyo.gov.rw not later than the date and time specified in the e-procurement system. Bids will be opened automatically as per the e-procurement system. Late bids shall be rejected by the system
Enquiries regarding this tender may be submitted using the e-procurement system.
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Law of Public Procurement in force and AFD guidelines.
