• Rwanda Biomedical Centre invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the SUPPLY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR VULNERABLE HOUSEHOLDS as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
• The tender will comprise three Lots as follow;
• Lot 1: Supply of iron sheets
• Lot 2: Supply of doors and nails
• Lot 3: Supply of Sanitation toilet materials
• Tender Documents in English may be obtained from e-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw ) upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs at any Rwanda Revenue Authority account.
• All bids shall be accompanied by the following bid Securities of issued by any accredited financial institution.

• Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed through e-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw)
• The bid submission will be done through e-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw) and the deadline of bids submission is scheduled on 18th August, 2025 at 11:00 am.

• The opening of bids will be done through e-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw) on the same day 18th August , 2025 at 11:30 am.

• The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.
