SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE

NAME OF PROJECT: RWANDA DIGITAL ACCELERATION PROJECT(RDAP)

TITLE OF TENDER: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF THE GACACA IT INFRASTRUCTURE

REFERENCE NO: 000008/G/ICB/2023/2024/RDAP

The Government of Rwanda has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Rwanda Digital Acceleration Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF THE GACACA IT INFRASTRUCTURE

The Rwanda Information Association Authority (RISA) now invites eligible bidders to apply for the above-mentioned tender and Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s “procurement regulation for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 (“Procurement Guidelines”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.

Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified companies to do the following: Supply, installation and perform all system’s configurations. Perform service migration Establish the daily replication to the offsite secondary site. Providing the full documentation of the infrastructure (complete configuration)

Conduct training on all network subsystems to the technical team. The task will comply with the client’s defined training requirements. The training will require preparing training materials and putting in place simulations suitable for the newly established network setup.

The main objective is to improve on infrastructure capabilities to enable the daily management aspects of the Gacaca data center functions.

Bids must be submitted to the address in the Umucyo system on the day and time stipulated in the www.umucyo.gov.rw (E-procurement system). Bids will be publicly opened by E-procurement system.
