CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Title of the Assignment: CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL HOUSING STRATEGY.

Tender reference N0: To be generated by eProcurement system.

The Government of Rwanda has received funds from World Bank toward the cost of Hiring Firm for Consultancy Service for the Development of National Housing Strategy, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for the assignment are attached to this request for expressions of interest.

The Ministry of Infrastructure (MININFRA) now invites eligible consulting firms to show their interest in providing the above Services. Interested Consultants Firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services as per the terms of reference.

Further information can be obtained through eProcurement System at any time before deadline of submission of expression of interest (EoI).

Expression of interest must be submitted through eProcurement System for Rwanda at (www.umucyo.gov.rw ) not later than (See in eProcurement system) and shall automatically be opened through the eProcurement System on the same date at (See in eProcurement system).

Bidding process shall be conducted as specified in the Law N0 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 governing public procurement.
